Co-Founder, Psychedelic Medicine Association

Dr. Lynn Marie Morski is the co-founder of the Psychedelic Medicine Association and host of the Psychedelic Medicine Podcast. She sits on the advisory boards of Psychedelics Today, Cybin, VETS, Inc (Veterans Exploring Treatment Solutions), the Oxenberg Foundation, and the Ketamine Task Force. Dr. Morski is a Mayo Clinic-trained physician in family medicine and sports medicine, as well as an attorney and former adjunct law professor.

At the Psychedelic Medicine Association, we’re always looking for ways to provide you even more value—both in education on psychedelics and in networking with your fellow members. And we figured a great way to do both at the same time was to host a Psychedelic Medicine Journal Club!

As many of you may have experienced during school or residency, a journal club is a gathering where all attendees read the same journal article and discuss it in-depth to provide an even greater understanding of the material—all while getting to know each other even better).

This month’s journal club will be led by Psychedelic Medicine Association Co-Founder Lynn Marie Morski, MD, JD and the article we will be discussing is “The collective lie in ketamine therapy: a call to realign clinical practice with neurobiology“! In addition to exploring the specific argument of the authors, we’ll use this article as a jumping off point for discussing approaches to ketamine therapy more broadly. Since there are strong opinions on many sides of this topic, we anticipate a lively discussion!

This will be an interactive format where everyone is encouraged to turn on their camera and share your thoughts on the article—as well as meet your fellow PMA members!

So please join us for this live journal club discussion on Tuesday, May 26th at 5 pm Pacific, 8 pm Eastern. A link to the recording will be available afterward if you cannot make it to the live event.
