I am a Holistic Therapist and Alternative Medicine Advisor, an Oracle Intuitive and Sex and Relationship Coach since 2003. I conduct seminars and workshops on microdosing psilocybin and will be launching my podcast, “Sex on Sunday's” in January 2021. Additionally, I recently returned to school to obtain my PhD in Sexology and Human Connection.

| Experience |
I offer sex and relationship coaching and teach sexual education and communication. I received my YTT in 2016 and hold guided meditation circles in conjunction with the Lunar Energy cycles as well as one on on guided meditation for those integrating their body work with energetic and emotional modalities.
My current studies, work and research put heavy focus on bringing couples to a deeper connection and sensual realm of bonding as well as opening up avenues for individuals and couples who are ready to break out of their shells and delve into their sexually charged (sometimes hidden) alter ego.
