I have seen this article and it is a game changer, but no big pharma to push the agenda, so very few will hear about it. I know a practitioner in Maui who is using very high doses based upon this article and having good results.

It is a mixed bag. Some patients have had deep transformative experiences and others, not so much., The integration part is critical and many underground practitioners don't do a great job at that. If a patient has a formal meditation practice I find that this often helps inform the experience.

I think that it depends upon how well you know and trust the person you are speaking to. Patients want to know why we believe that a particular type of experience will help them.
